Warranty

In addition to the initial budget thinking, the next issue of our customers is warranty and service support.

 

Professional logistik ensures a guarantee for the quality and correct operation of the devices, which fully meets the technical characteristics specified in the product specification, as well as the prescribed standards for that type of equipment.

 

 

Guarantee period is 2 (two) years from the date of receipt device. 

Warranty does not apply in case of:

• failure to comply with the technical instructions

• previous repairs by an unauthorized person

• installation of non-original spare parts

• malfunction due to poor handling of the product

• damage caused by mechanical impacts as a fault of the buyer or third party
